On
Wednesday, October 28th we will be hosting Post-Secondary Day with recruiters
from various colleges, universities and Canadian Armed Forces. There will be presentations for the students as well as displays with additional information. Grade 11 and 12 students are asked to ensure that they are signed up for sessions.
In addition
to Post-Secondary Day, there will be a Post-Secondary Evening Presentation for
students and parents on Tuesday, November 3rd at 7 pm in the
multi-purpose room. At this presentation we will discuss the difference
between college, university, apprenticeship and private colleges, the costs
involved, when to start applying for post-secondary, applying for scholarships
and loans, and so on. We look forward to seeing you there!
